ICEE 2023, or ITB Civil Engineering Expo 2023, is the largest annual academic and industrial forum in the field of civil engineering, organized by the Civil Engineering Student Association of the Bandung Institute of Technology (HMS ITB). With the theme "The Role of Infrastructure in Actualizing a Sustainable Society for Indonesia's New Capital City," ICEE 2023 serves as a collaborative platform for students, academics, professionals, and the general public to address the challenges of sustainable development.
ICEE 2023 features a series of national competitions, seminars, conferences, and an exhibition (expo) held both in person at the Multipurpose Hall of CRCS ITB and virtually. This year, the three main competitions are the Civil Engineering Tender Case Competition with Glodon, the Business Case Competition with Skha, and the FTSL Infrastructure Innovation Competition (FUSION), which involves various disciplines within the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology (FTSL ITB).
Main Stage
The Main Stage of ICEE 2023 serves as the main hub for a series of academic and industrial events in the field of civil engineering. This is where major events, from the opening ceremony and international seminars and conferences to panel discussions, bring together students, academics, professionals, and the general public, take place. A large screen installed at the front serves as a presentation medium to enhance the presentation of materials, including scientific presentations, research findings, and innovative ideas related to sustainable development.
This room features a simple yet elegant modern design, with wood flooring and neutral wall colors. Several informative posters displayed on the left and right sides add a functional feel and provide guidance on the series of activities.
Exhibition Halls
The ICEE 2023 Exhibition Hall features various interactive booths from companies and industry partners in the field of civil engineering. In this area, visitors can explore the latest information, products, and innovations showcased by sponsors and exhibitors, ranging from construction technology providers and consultants to infrastructure solution providers. Several companies were invited to this exhibition, including PT Archilantis, PT Delta Systech Indonesia, PT Glodon, PT Atrya, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, PT Jasa Marga Tbk, BSI, PT Piranusa, PT PrimeSkills, PT Catenda, Skha Consulting, Meraki Asa, and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.
The center section between the right and left booths is equipped with tables and chairs that serve as a discussion area or a place for visitors to interact, both formally and casually. This area provides an opportunity for visitors to exchange ideas, build relationships, and network more freely after visiting the company booths.

Incorporating a virtual exhibition into the ITB Civil Engineering Expo 2023 (ICEE 2023) series of events offers several significant benefits.

This allows individuals unable to physically attend the live event at CRCS ITB due to distance, logistical constraints, or other reasons to still participate and benefit from the information provided by exhibitors such as PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, PT Jasa Marga Tbk, and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.
Complementary Information Center: The virtual platform serves as a comprehensive digital repository for the "works, materials, projects, innovations, and various useful information" presented by the companies. This allows visitors to revisit content, delve deeper into specific areas, and access details they may have missed during the event.
